COFFEE

Coffee is a brewed prepared of a shrub of the genus Coffea. Coffee plants are cultivated in more than 70 countries. The coffee berries are picked to yield the seeds inside. The seeds are then roasted to create coffee.

 

The legend of Kaldi originated in the Ethiopian highlands. It is said that the discovered coffee because his goats upon eating berries from a certain tree, became so spirited than they did not want to sleep at night. When the notice of coffee moved began a journey which would spread its reputation across the globe.

 

The coffee had established as a crop basic throughout the world. Plantations were established in magnificent tropical forest an on rugged mountain high land. Fortunes were made and lost with coffee. And by the end of the 18th century, coffee had become one of the world’s most profitable export crops.
